ATELIERS INC. d/b/a/ Whelan Press warrants the Uber Press to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of the original retail purchase. Not included in this warranty is normal wear and tear on the blankets, platen and table top. Within the covered warranty period, repair or replacement of parts will be performed without charge and within a reasonable time period. Any postage, insurance, and shipping charges incurred in returning the press for any purpose shall be paid by the consumer.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE WARRANTOR DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.
ONCE THE PRODUCT IS IN THE POSSESSION OF THE CONSUMER: THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PRODUCT DAMAGE NOT DUE TO A DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, OR RESULTING EITHER FROM CONTINUING USE OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR FROM OTHER THAN NORMAL PRINTING USE, INCLUDING REPAIR OR DISASSEMBLY BY ANYONE NOT AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY ATELIERS INC.
In addition to the foregoing Warranty, the consumer is granted a THIRTY (30) DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE less shipping and crating charges from the date of the original retail purchase. The product must be returned in the original condition, shipping prepaid. This warranty is non-transferable.
