To Schedule a Session
To schedule an appointment, call or e-mail Luisa, indicating what days/times within the next several weeks work best for you. Sometimes appointments are available at short notice. Before we begin our work together, please read and sign off on my Policies & Guidelines.
When your appointment is scheduled, Luisa will provide you with the phone number to call at the time of your appointment.
The client calls Luisa at the appointed time. (Please see the cancellation policy in the Policies & Guidelines).
IMPORTANT: For clients overseas, please check www.TimeAndDate.com to determine the difference in time zones between Santa Fe, NM (U.S. mountain time) and the area from which you’ll be calling.
Sessions are scheduled in 25 minute increments, with the shortest session being 50 minutes. It is recommended that shamanic sessions be scheduled for 75 or 100 minutes.
To Pay for a Session

Payment is due before your session if you are having a phone session, or at the time of your in-person session.
Please note that a late fee of $20 will be assessed for payment that arrives after your session, unless you have made a prior arrangement with Luisa.
Phone Session Payment
If you’d like to schedule a phone session, here are the options for payment:
- Check or money order (please allow at least 5 business days if you are using US mail; at least 8 business days if you are overseas).
- Online credit card payment.
In-Person Session Payment
Payment for in-person sessions may be paid by cash, check or money order at the time of the session, or by credit card prior to the session.

Policies & Guidelines Agreement
These policies and guidelines must be signed and submitted (see the form at the end of this Agreement).
I understand that payment is due before my session if I am having a phone session, or at the time of my in-person session. I understand that a late fee of $20 will be assessed for payment that arrives after my session, unless I have made a prior arrangement with Luisa.
I understand that Luisa maintains a 48-hour cancellation policy; and I will be charged for the full price of the session if I miss a session without 48 hours previous notice. If I am more than 15 minutes late for an appointment (without prior arrangement with Luisa), this will be considered a "no show", and I will be charged for the session. It is solely my responsibility to keep track of my payment status and of my appointment dates and times.
I have read the above guidelines and policies regarding scheduling and payment for sessions with Luisa Kolker, MA LPC, and I agree to all of the above.
In addition, I understand that shamanic/spiritual healing/counseling are not a substitutes for appropriate medical consultation. I accept full responsibility for the treatment and outcomes of treatment I receive while in consultation with Luisa Kolker, MA LPC.
