Summer Solstice Shamanic Journey Day & Evening Potluck and Celebration

Cost: $125 ($100 for those 30 years old and younger). For your friends and family who would like to join us for the evening potluck, dancing and music, a potluck dish and donation of $5-10 is requested.
On this solstice weekend, we will visit the intentions and desires we have been growing, first underground during winter solstice, and then planted in the psyche and spirit at spring equinox, and now at mid-summer, flourishing in our inner and outer gardens. With the sun high in the sky, it is an optimal time to bring the light of love, pleasure and understanding to our old patterns so they may emerge out of unconscious starvation and into
We will meditate, drum, do breathwork to move sexual and life force energy, dance, do 3-4 shamanic journeys (including a trace posture), and at the end of the day, we will relax together with a potluck dinner, music and dancing. Previous journey experience is not necessary.
Bring a drum/rattle, blanket, cushion or backjack to sit on, eye cover, journal and object(s) for the altar, bag lunch and potluck dish for dinner. For the evening celebration, bring musical instruments if you have them.
Light snacks and herbal teas will be provided.

And what is a sexual shaman? In this conference, we will explore the integration of shamanic practices with sexual energy."
As healing professionals, we replenish ourselves sexually and emotionally. We also need to refuel ourselves ecstatically and spiritually. A shamanic journey into non-ordinary reality in the company of a power animal enables access to archetypal, spiritually orgasmic energies that transcend the usual scope of orgasm. Luisa will teach a journey technique that facilitates a uniquely somatic experience: the ecstatic trance posture.
