In my psychotherapy work, we explore the causes of, and antidotes to, self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. I assist clients in learning how to discern between the habitual, unconscious mind and the authentic self. The therapy process is a soul journey in which the client develops emotional, spiritual and behavioral skills that increase inner freedom and aliveness. In my approach to therapy, a dialogue of self-inquiry is often blended with guided meditation, as well as shamanic techniques.
