Meditation

Meditation is the basic teaching that you are not your mind, but, rather, the witnessing consciousness that is able to watch the mind. I teach many kinds of meditation: zazen sitting meditation, guided imagery, shamanic and imaginal journeying. Learning to direct your attention inward is an essential emotional and spiritual skill.
