Film Makers: Dreamkeepers
at the Dawn of the Millennium
Stephen Simon, JD
At present, millennium consciousness is mostly negative worldwide, especially in the area of movies. Since movies are the dream machine of the collective consciousness, the reality that typically gets created reflects what is put up on the movie screens around the world. Stephen will be discussing the responsibility that film makers have in light of this fact and why films about consciousness must be made to counter the negativity. A brief look at the history of movies that have been made about consciousness and the businesses that finance them, such as It's a Wonderful
Life, 2001, Field of Dreams, Ghost, Close Encounters and Being
There, will reveal why so few of these films are getting produced
in the movie business today. Stephen is a film maker whose vision
is to take the inner workings of our spirit and present it as entertainment
for mass audiences in a portrayal of where we can go, what we can
do and who we can be in the creation of the reality we will all share
in this millennium.

The Keys to the Castle:
Bringing Spirit Back to Life
Lance Secretan, PhD -
The conscious leader is guided in life by six things:
- Conscious awareness - being in awe, wonder and radical admiration of the glory of all that is;
- commitment to Authenticity - showing up and being present in all aspects of life, removing the mask and becoming a real, vulnerable and intimate human being;
- desire to Serve - others, the planet and the Divine, which may be defined differently by each leader;
- passion for and commitment to the Truth - the refusal to compromise integrity or to deny Universal truths.
- The capacity to Love - the source of a Conscious Leader's ability to inspire others; and
- Being Effective in all aspects of life.
These six qualities form an acronym for the Conscious Leader: CASTLE. The greatest leaders of history have all been Conscious Leaders - inspiring others in their endeavors and enlisting them in their dreams.
When we appraise leaders within our organizations, or we seek to recruit new leaders into them, or we search for new suppliers based on the quality of their leadership - even when we search for a new career - our criteria should be the same: is this a Conscious Leader? Is this a leader who is awake? Is this a Conscious Leader who honors the sacredness in all life? Organizations led by such leaders are crucibles of energy that ignite the passions of everyone within. They are filled with an indescribable, but beautiful force that propels their organizations past all others. No one can quite describe it, but deep down in our hearts there is a knowing - we know it when we see and feel it. This is the organization without a recruitment problem. This is the organization that replaces marketing and selling with being, and therefore inviting new business, new markets, new ideas and new horizons. These are organizations that can put hundreds of millions of dollars on the bottom line by telling the truth and becoming a magnet for passion. This is the wisdom and greatness in an Inspirational Leader.
Presenter Bio: Lance has built a business from scratch to $100 million in annual sales. He has been a Professor of Entrepreneurship at York and MacMaster Universities and has worked on the floor of the Toronto Stock Exchange. Today, he's an author, philosopher and consultant. Lance is the author of a number of international best selling books including Reclaiming
Higher Ground: Creating Organizations that Inspire the Soul, Managerial
Moxie: The 8 Proven Steps for Empowering Your Employees and Supercharging
