- How long are the presentations?
Most programs are between 50 minutes and 80 minutes long.
- My DVD seems to not want to play.
Your DVD is delicate; scratches, dust & fingerprints can cause a DVD to stop or otherwise malfunction. Clean the shiny side of the DVD with a clean moist cloth to clear lint & fingerprints, dry completely & replay.
- What programs will be included in the next issue?
We don't know ourselves until about 20 days before so they that info is not available here on the website. It's similar to a magazine subscription. If you want to know ahead of time what you're getting, you're welcome to just order past issues.
- I'm from_________country. Will these DVD's play on my machine?
Yes. All DVD's have a Universal format.
- If I need to cancel, how do I do that?
