Giving Up Allergies

Our bodies are intelligent, self healing vehicles. We have bought in to the idea that we have to live with allergies. Begin now to think and know that you no longer have to experience allergies. Talk with your body and tell it that you no longer choose that it sneeze, have a runny nose or eyes, or reject foods. You will want to repeat this conversation whenever it is necessary for your body to learn this again. We have accepted allergies as a fact and it may take several conversations to change the old pattern.
You will want to lovingly pat your heart while speaking with your body.

We do recommend that you view your body as intelligent and able to learn new ways of being.
