Gounding

Being grounded is being present in the moment, with your body and mind. When you first wake up, see roots growing from your feet going deep in the soil. Now choose to be present and grounded, and use this essence now.

Raise your arms and hands, palms up to the sky and say to God “I choose to be grounded”. Begin with “Grounding”, followed by “Living Now”, “Joy, Light, Love, and Laughter”.
