Please note: This is not an actual lunch and there is no food or drink, except water allowed in the room. Please make plans accordingly, to eat before you arrive or after you leave. You may arrive as early as 12noon. Doors close at 12:15 so as not to disturb the participants. Bring a Friend!

In addition to helping us relax, hypnosis is a state where we can connect with our conscious and subconcious mind at the same time. This is where we can consciously access old habits and ways of being and make new choices about what we want using our adult conscious mind. It's all up to you.
