Thursday, March 25: Bienvenidos! Arrive
in Santa Fe at the Bishop’s Lodge or other lodging
of your choice.
Opening reception: The Governor’s Residence, hosted
by Lt. Gov. Diane Denish. His schedule permitting, we
expect to also introduce you to New Mexico Governor, Bill
Richardson and his wife Barbara. Opening

of members Edwina Milner and Anita De Domenico, business
woman and interior designer. Other NM Forum members, including
Lt. Governor Diane Denish and Attorney General Patricia

museum in America devoted to one woman’s art. Then
take a hands-on lesson to paint your own masterpiece.

– Enjoy a hands-on lesson in the use of touch to
sooth our worries and get tips from the expert on reducing

for Body and Spirit –
In Santa Fe western medicine and eastern practices complement
each other. Explore acupuncture, aroma therapy, alternative
therapies for cancer and much more. FULL

– Improve your photography while seeing the best
of Santa Fe with National Geographic photographer Susanne

M6 - Native American Potters,
a Living Tradition –
Travel to the home of one of Santa Fe’s most prestigious
collectors, and meet 3 Native American potters. They’ll
show you all the steps involved in making a pot, and you
can put your hands in the process, and feel the timeless
world of this art form. FULL
M7 - Creativity: Just do
it! Organize and vitalize!
Release your own creativity
by clearing away the physical and psychological clutter
with simple, fun techniques. Led by New Mexico’s
Living Treasure, Mary Lou Cook. FULL
M8 - Gallery Owner for
a Day – Share the
morning with the owners of two of Santa Fe’s leading
art galleries to see what it takes to collect, appreciate
and grow the business. FULL
M9 - Outdoor Adventure
– Ski, snowboard, ride horses, hike or
golf! Santa Fe’s weather allows all of the above,
and you’ll be in the hands of Forum members as your
guides. (extra fee)

M10 - Cook Away!
Go to the famous Santa Fe Cooking School and cook and
learn with its chef and learn what makes southwestern
cuisine so famous. This program will last longer, and
lunch will be served as well. (extra

got the inside scoop! Discover our favorite places for
clothes, art, souvenirs and bargains with the help of

- Join us for a favorite IWF activity, Dine Arounds hosted
by Santa Fe members in their homes throughout the city.

between these two daytrips.
What’s behind those
adobe walls?
T1
- We’ll divide into small groups to visit exclusive
homes of private collectors and artists at work in their
studios, then gather for lunch at Milner Plaza on Museum
Hill. In addition to breath-taking views, you’ll
be our guests for a fashion show highlighting wearable
art and Santa Fe talent! After, on your own, tour any
of the 4 wonderful museums here on Museum Hill! And the
Spanish Colonial Museum is within walking distance. FULL

New Mexico Old and New
T2
- Travel through an ancient volcanic landscape to Los
Alamos, the city which created the atomic bomb. After
a stop at Los Alamos National Laboratory’s Bradbury
Science Museum, see more of the city that is still a thriving
science community. Then we’ll head to Valles Caldera
National Preserve, 89,000 acres of newly designated public
land including a massive collapsed volcano where you can
only get in by invitation! FULL Closing
