The world is coming to
Santa Fe and the city’s premier small hotel, Inn on the
Alameda, is making it easy to see it! The Inn celebrates
Santa Fe's designation as America's UNESCO "City of Folk
Art" by offering a special way to partake of the Third
Annual Santa Fe International Folk Art Market. The
Market will be held on July 12-13, 2008 with Master folk
artists gathering to celebrate their multicultural
heritage and give visitors the rare opportunity to
purchase their work. The Market will feature authentic
folk art in a variety of media by some 100 artists from
around the world and fittingly takes place on Milner
Plaza, home to the Museum of International Folk Art (MOIFA)
and the world's largest collection of international folk
art.
